In a mood for pictures, aren’t we? So here I am, with pictures from the Keukenhof Flower Garden, which is located near Schipol Airport, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Incidentally, did you know that Schipol was the first entity to by a domain category for itself, ‘.schipol’. They don’t seem to use it much since many browser don’t support such names, at least, not without special plugins, but they do go down in history.

If you’re thinking of actually going there, after seeing the photos, then do it fast, or forget about it and just watch the photo album Flowertopia. It is open only for a few weeks during spring, and this year, it closes on 21 May 2006. You can visit their official website, or have a look at the these wonderful reviews. Keeping in mind my newly discovered sloth-like behavior, I didn’t read all the reviews; just had a glance, but I can tell they’re good. All I gathered was that it’s pretty famous and attracts lots of visitors during whatever short time it opens. If you find some very interesting fact while reading these, then do post it here as a comment, I too would like to have a look.
