How to Make Windows Vista SP1 Installation Permanent

Using Windows Vista’s Service Pack 1 cleanup tool, you could recover around 0.9 GB of hard disk space. It makes the SP1 installation permanent, which means you won’t be able to uninstall it, but if you’ve used it for a while and faced no problems, consider this to eke out more disk space.
