I hear it’s been a fairly successful day 1 for the Code Warriors at Exun 2008. They qualified for the senior quiz, junior quiz, crossword events. Got a second in Swat The Bug. Not exactly a rosy picture as of now in the points tally, but CW’s victory for the past few years has been built around the success of its quiz team. For the past two years, our quiz team came up with the numbers needed to make it to the top. Sigh. I still remember going on stage BOTH in 2006 and 2007 for the senior quiz – and both times it was pretty clear to us that we had to get a podium to clinch the overall. Some photos from last year’s prize distribution ceremony. Oh, and the defining moment at Exun 2007 – Code Warriors winning the overall trophy (see the video below). Sure hope to see some scintillating quizzing tomorrow. :)

Ummm… Did you notice that the title says 2007? I believe that it was Exun 2008, this time. If you differed for specific reasons, I’d love to know… ;)

Nope, I meant 2007. I intended to do a proper post on ‘07 – something better than just http://www.ankurb.info/2007/11/24/exun-2007-archive/ – but I never really got around to doing it. So here it is now. Will be writing about Exun ‘08 separately. :)
