…nothing we have is worth hurting anyone else for. It’s all fleeting people. Stop seeing race, color, sex, religion, etc…. Theyre all just people, and if you try to love them you won’t lose anything.

Lucidending is a reddit.com user who has been suffering from cancer for the last six years and is going to euthanised within the next 51 hours. In his last hours, he holds an ‘ask me anything’ thread on reddit.
I am lost for words. Not just at Lucidending’s words, but dozens of others like him who have suffered / are suffering / have someone who suffered from cancer come out and talk about their experiences.
Update: This is possibly a hoax.
For a moment I was concerned that it was you the post was about. Nevertheless, I tried going through “some” of the many, many replies. To be honest, it’s a mix of insensitive and sensitive. I hope he dies quickly. Without too much pain.
I was aware the post title could be a cause for concern. That’s why I put it in quotes.
For a while, even I thought that it was about you. BTW Haven’t seen you active on gyaan.in for sometime. What happened?
I login every now and then to gyaan.in but have been extremely swamped with work this semester. Makes me sad. :(
